This website is a static information site with no user accounts, online shop or database. When you visit it, our hosting provider automatically processes the following technical data sent by your browser:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- page or file requested and amount of data transferred

3. Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
No other information is stored on or read from your device either (§ 165(3) TKG 2021). The language switch (German/English) uses separate pages and stores nothing.
4. Fonts and external content
The fonts, images and scripts used on this website are stored locally on our server. Visiting the website does not connect to any third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts or content delivery networks).
5. Contacting us
Contact form: the contact form on this website does not send any data to our server. Submitting it only opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. We receive data only when you send that email yourself.
Email and phone: if you contact us by email, phone or via the contact form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of your enquiry) to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
Retention: we keep your data until your enquiry has been fully dealt with. If a business relationship results, statutory retention periods apply (in particular seven years under § 132 Austrian Federal Fiscal Code).
We do not pass your data on to third parties without your consent. We use [add email provider] as a processor for email.
6. Links to other websites (LinkedIn)
Our website contains a simple link to our LinkedIn profile and links to public authority and information websites. These are plain hyperlinks, not embedded plugins. Data is only sent to the provider when you click the link. The respective operator is responsible for data processing on those sites – for LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (LinkedIn privacy policy). We accept no liability for the content of external links.
7. Your rights
With regard to the data we hold about you, you have the following rights:
- access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)

- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
Please send your request to office@tbm-ebner.com.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, email: dsb@dsb.gv.at, www.dsb.gv.at.
8. No automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
9. Changes
We will update this privacy policy whenever changes to the website or the law require it. The version published here applies.
